Q: What accolades did our technologies receive?

Our founding technology, GERMAGIC, received a Gold Award at the 46th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva (2018), whereas MAP-1 received a Silver Award at the Special Edition of the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva (2022).

Question 1: How do I choose between MAP-1 and Magico?

Answer:

Use the product that matches the surface and how often you can reapply.

On skin: Choose Magico. Its formula is leaner than MAP-1 and is designed to be gentler on skin. Third-party testing on simulated skin confirmed continuous antibacterial activity for up to 8 hours, which is sufficient for a typical day's use.
Everyday cleaning with residual protection: Magico is the better fit. It is the newer technology and is built for routine use plus ongoing protection. Independent testing confirmed continuous antibacterial activity on surfaces for up to 7 days.
Long-lasting protection on surfaces you cannot clean often: Choose MAP-1. It is formulated for more durable, longer-term applications.

In short: Magico for skin and regular routine use; MAP-1 when you need a longer-lasting coating on surfaces.

Question 2: What do different GERMAGIC product line use as its active ingredient?

Answer:

GERMAGIC uses encapsulated chlorine dioxide as its key ingredient for contact-killing and release-killing.
GERMAGIC Magico uses didecyldimethylammonium chloride as its key active ingredient.

Question 3: What are the product lines under GERMAGIC?

Answer:

GERMAGIC product lines cover GERMAGIC, GERMAGIC Magico, GERMAGIC MAP-1 (previously known as GERMAGIC Thyme), and GERAMGIC G.
We have recently received enquiries regarding whether Esguard, WISEPURA and WISEPURA AQUAPURA are GERMAGIC products. We hereby clarify that Esguard, WISEPURA and WISEPURA AQUAPURA are not products of GERMAGIC and has no affiliation with GERMAGIC.
The parent company of Germagic Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. is Chiaphua Industries Limited.
